The Joe Meagher Memorial Civic Center has four racquetball courts, an upper level observation of courts, a weight room, exercise room, multipurpose room, locker rooms, office and kitchen.

Membership fees of $30 are required to use the center. The weight and exercise rooms are used daily by members. Racquetball leagues use the courts during the winter months. The multipurpose room is used mainly for after school activities including roller-skating and basketball. During inclement weather, walkers use the area for exercise. The city rents the multipurpose room for large events with banquet tables and chairs provided.
