| Councilperson Tom Shock called the meeting of the Cut Bank City Council to order at 12:11 PM, Thursday, June 19, 2008. The following council members answered roll call: Tom Shock, William McCauley and Kelly Solberg. City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban, City Superintendent Jim Suta and City Attorney Robert Smith were also present. Mayor Joni Stewart and Council President J. W. Eaton were absent. All present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. | ||||||||

| CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: | ||||||||
| City Attorney Robert Smith called the public hearing to order. City Attorney Smith sworn in City Clerk-Treasurer Diana Filban. City Attorney questioned City Clerk-Treasurer Filban as to the proper publication and notice of the public hearing and of the budget amendments which were to be acted upon at this meeting. All the information was correct and ready for action by the City Council. Councilperson McCauley moved to approve Resolution 08-09 Amending the 2007-2008 budget for fund 2799 Animal Control Donations. Councilperson Solberg made the second of the motion. The motion carried 3-0. Councilperson McCauley moved to approve Resolution 08-10 Amending the 2007-2008 budget for the General Fund 1000; account number 460400 (Parks and Recreation) for object number 940. Councilperson Solberg made the second on the motion. The motion carried 3-0. |
